What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Each job is different therefore there is no standard pricing for our services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first talk with the customer over the phone or through email. We get an idea of what they are trying to do, we then make an appointment at a convenient time to meet the customer at the job site. When we come out to the location, we bring samples, take measurements, provide a proposal detailing the work and product selection, and price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked in this industry for over 25 years. I regularly attend industry trade shows to stay up to date on the latest products and technology.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing this type of work early on. It was my first real job out of school. I really liked it and started my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with both commercial and residential customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently we had an order for 62 Windows. The customer selected honey comb shades. It took us approximately 4 hours to install all of the shades.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

These products are custom made for you and your windows.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is the primary goal. It could be something like privacy, energy efficiency, design esthetics, etc.
