Im the number 1 blind repair guy in the area, I also install blinds and drapery amongst other things. My focus is quality, I do very good neat and clean work, I worked daytime for a window installation company next day blinds for 8 years and currently work for myself as a contractor for sew perfect windows and 2 other interior designers I am also a spring window fashions/graber blind representative for Costco’s nothern Virginia sector, so I’m very familiar with the trade. I’m also certified in power/hand tools and osha safety program. I will take the time to make sure you’re satisfied and my customer service is unmatched. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Customers should know that my pricing is below market value because I work for a blind company and I base my prices underneath company pricing guidelines

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Process goes phone conversation, then I come to the establishment measure windows if customer wants to order custom we pick out color and type of blinds customer pays for blinds and they will ship blinds to the establishment in approximately 3 weeks, then I come and install the blind. Other options are picking stock blinds from stores like Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart etc..

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am power/hand tool certified, osha 30 safety certified, and I have been currently employed at a blind company for the past 8 years

I currently work for a blind company and have been there for 8 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all kinds of customer, middle aged, elderly and millennials with all kinds of budgets

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently installed custom roller shades in a studio, I also installed peel and stick wall paper. This process took me estimated 3 hours

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The only advice I have is for the customer is to keep an open mind and shop around for quotes

A few questions a customer should think through before contacting a professional is how big is there budget, can’t have expensive taste without a nice budget.
