What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We take pride in the fact that we don’t want to waste our time or our customers. With low overhead as a smaller company we are able to offer extremely competitive pricing, beating out our competitors 9 times out of 10.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For new customers we first schedule a free in home estimate. We then measure all windows and show samples for the desired style of window treatments. Once that’s done we have everything needed to give a quote before we leave.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have years of experience as well as hands on training from previous companies I’ve worked for and also from the vendors that i carry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve been doing window treatments for 7 years now.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and commercial from small homes to big homes, businesses ect.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped a customer add roller shades to their new home. It was new construction so they didn’t have any window treatments at thw time of the free estimate. We measured, showed samples, and ordered the shades. 2 weeks later we came back to install them.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I highly recommend doing your research before buying window treatments from a website or Home Depot/Lowe’s. The less expensive products are a very poor quality and not worth it in the long run.

What style do i want? What’s my budget? Is there a warranty?
