What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Up to $500 Off. Shutter orders of more than 150 square feet. Fauxwood Blinds, are currently 40% off. Solar Screens are 2 for 1 For Thumbtack customers. Installation is currently free for orders of security or screen doors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Finding out what product they are interested in. Finding out how they found out about us. Arranging an appointment at a time that is good for them. Giving them a great product, at a fair price.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have been in the business for over 39 years. So I can rightfully say; that I have worked with all types. This kind of experience allows me to meet my customers at all levels.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Senior Complex in Mesquite Nevada called the Beehive. Because, we were involved in the project we can say that our product is reducing the heat intake of a large scale building. That houses multiple senior citizens. We are happy with the outcome for two reasons, #1: We are making the residence more comfortable. #2: The overall look of the property looks wonderful, due to the instillation of our product on its exterior.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say, look at their reviews. Have them out to your home to discuss what your intentions are. And, have them show you the products that they have available.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Their budget, When they want to start the project, and have any diagrams, or pictures ready to share with the prospective vendor.
