Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing depends on the complexity of the project. The minimum rate is $500 per day. We offer free estimations on-site and free consultations about materials and the work process.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First, I schedule an appointment with the customer to understand what the customer has in mind, their time frame, and their budget. Second, I make an offer, create a list of materials, and provide a time frame to complete the project. Third, I confirm the start date with the customer and begin working until their project is complete.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have more than 10 years of experience in residential renovation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started my handyman career many years ago as a family business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All types of customers. The only limitation seems to be a 75-mile radius.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I have recently worked on a patio screening project. I really enjoy the challenges it brings and the results it offers. The project took about five days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Review completed projects and previous customers' reviews.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
It's better to provide a list of expectations rather than a list of questions. The questions will come naturally, but what the customer expects should never be assumed. I like to take the strain off the customer by asking most of the questions during our estimates. Also, have a budget range, and save a little extra. It's always better to be over-prepared rather than under-prepared.
