I am not a licensed electrician, nor plumber so I don't fix appliances, re-run electrical, or do plumbing. My focus is on quality and customer satisfaction. I am also a bee keeper and will do honey bee removal. You want to save money on your project. Ways to help yourself are to Have your hardware and appliances unboxed, unwrapped ready to install. keep everything especially the instructions and screws and tools but this process is time consuming, and you are paying for my time and hourly for my crew members. I charge $150 for the first man hour and $100 per man hourafter that. You can help with your project if you like. If your skilled and can help speed me up you can save money, if you are talkative and unsure you can slow me down, which is fine, but you are paying for that time. Some things are simply un-foreseeable that add time to a project. Damage from bugs or water, needing to clean an area that was hidden.
