Introduction

My name is Troy Denman. I've been building homes since 1983 , and I recently moved to New Braunfels Texas where my wife and I opened Salvation Builders LLC. I am skilled in Framing. Finish carpentry, building decks, Gazebos, fences, and wood accent ceiling and walls such as tongue and groove or shiplap, painting, finish hardware installation. Building closets, handrail installation, several types of flooring, hardwood. Laminate, and luxury vinyl plank. I can fix doors, install doors, install appliances. I am not a licensed electrician, nor plumber so I don't fix appliances, re-run electrical, or do plumbing. My focus is on quality and customer satisfaction. I am also a bee keeper and will do honey bee removal. You want to save money on your project. Ways to help yourself are to Have your hardware and appliances unboxed, unwrapped ready to install. keep everything especially the instructions and screws and tools but this process is time consuming, and you are paying for my time and hourly for my crew members. I charge $150 for the first man hour and $100 per man hourafter that. You can help with your project if you like. If your skilled and can help speed me up you can save money, if you are talkative and unsure you can slow me down, which is fine, but you are paying for that time. Some things are simply un-foreseeable that add time to a project. Damage from bugs or water, needing to clean an area that was hidden. Are you having a dishwasher replaced. you can clean out the area under the kitchen sink where all the connections are to help me save time. I'll be happy to do it for you but it's added time I get paid for, you could have done it yourself and not needed to pay for the added time. Just a few ideas to help you understand ways to get the most out of your money when hiring me or anyone else to do your project. Have a blessed day. I look forward to serving you.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I have a lot of experience and use quality tools and techniques. Cheap labor is not good, and good labor is not cheap. I look to give you a quality product in a timely and professional manner. $100 per hour is per person. Not for the whole crew. Each person on the crew is doing work. 2 people work for 1 hr= 2hrs. Ideally the 2 people accomplish in 1 hr what would take 1 person 2 hours or more by himself. Often having 2 or more people working makes the project safer, higher quality, and faster.
