What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We try to offer the lowest price possible for the work and products without gimmicks or “Sales or special discount”...just being honest and offering my best price usually makes most customers comfortable to go with us.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically scheduling a face to face meeting to see the windows and discuss the customers wants and needs. Here we can provide an estimate or gather all the customers ideas and go back and put together options for the customer to be able pick and choose what they want.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We were a consumer and saw the opportunity to make a career change to a trade that is needed by most people that buy a home or doing remodels.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Customers that are looking for Blinds, shades or shutters in there new or remodeled homes

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We received a call from a previous customer...we love repeat customers!....this customer had a smaller home they had us put shutters in several years ago...they were so happy that when they were able to purchase a much larger home they called us to do shutters again for them. We love repeat customers and referrals...it lets us know we are doing things right.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Feel confident in who you work with...and who does the installs for the company to buy from.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I am picky so if I don't feel good about the product or how it is installed I won't call the job completed until we are both happy.
