What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We sell only Lifetime warranty products and a fair price. We have been in this business a long time and know what products are great quality and keep people happy in the long run. The companies we deal with are well established and will be there to warranty your products.(If needed) There are 3 year warranty products out there that are way less quality that we choose not to sell.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We do free in home estimates with a trained professional. We have a mobile showroom and bring the samples to you for you to be comfortable in your own home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All sales people go through a rigouts training through or vendors as well as in house. They are required to go through an installation program and process before they can sell. You can rest assured that they know what they are doing and know what to look for on a difficult install.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been in this business for almost 40 years. I had a friend in my neighborhood growing up. I worked with him in high school and fabricated blinds one summer.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with entry level homes to high end home. I have done complete apartment buildings and restaurants and bars.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am proud of all our jobs. Most importantly I am proud that our customers are all happy and satisfied with our products and services . Our Google reviews show 5 stars all the way because we care about our customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at the reviews and very importantly the comment on the reviews. Companies can hire people to give professional reviews. We choose not to do that. All our reviews are from satisfied customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Some people know exactly what they want . Others may need some help in deciding. We go through a process to find out what the customer is trying to achieve as well as trying to be respectful of their budget.
