A recent project involved a client who had not maintained their bookkeeping records or filed taxes for the past four years. The challenge included categorizing over 1,500 miscellaneous hard copy receipts, reconciling 144 months of bank statements across three bank accounts, two credit cards, and a substantial amount of unsorted inventory. I'm pleased to report that we successfully categorized all receipts and organized hundreds of inventory items into QuickBooks Online (QBO). We also established a streamlined bookkeeping process for the client's ongoing needs. The entire project was completed under 30 days, and the client is so satisfied with the outcome that they have offered to provide a reference for our services.
