$75 -$80per hour for Bookkeeping, Accounting and Business Management Services plus set up and out of pocket fees* $125 per month Flat fee per checking account or Credit card account Retainer required for new clients Flat rates can be negotiated for smaller scale projects and needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will discuss your business needs and goals. I'll assess your needs, offer solutions, negotiate a deal and take charge. Most work can be handled remotely over the phone and online. We will handle your account thoroughly, communicating regularly via email, phone calls and in person throughout the project and as often as necessary.

Start up Tech/Vape/E-Cig company - received a phone call from a client who needed a Seasoned Financial Professional to come in house and take over the financial responsibilities of a small family run multifaceted company. It's been a delight and challenge learning an entirely new line of business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To be knowledgeable in what services you want and need. Recognize that healthy, timely business compliance will keep you in business. Be mindful that the financial investment that's being made in hiring a professional is beneficial professionally, for your taxes and for your sanity. It's worth the price.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If they do not hire someone with experience and the ability to solve problems, there will be more problems down the road. Your financial controller needs to be a solutions oriented person. Don't discount experience and expertise. Allow the accounting professional to explain and direct the customer to try different solutions. Assist the professional in solving the problems. Stay involved.
