Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
The goal of the firm is two-fold for our businesses and our tax clients. For our businesses, it is to not only assist you in your entrepreneurial journey, but to educate you on the why. We have found that understanding the why not only increases the value of services we provide, but also keeps your focus on effectiveness and efficiency. These, in our professional opinion, is the foundation for consistent profitability and customer satisfaction. For our tax clients, it is to give you peace of mind that you not only get the top notch quality a CPA provides, but an economical price point. MASCPA stands behind our quotes (the price quoted is the price you pay) so there are no surprises once the service is complete.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
All clients receive an initial consultation where we discuss any concerns you may have, walk you through the next steps, and provide you the tools to gather all your information (through our tax questionnaire, or customized email). We also set you up with your own secure portal to protect you and your information. Want to meet in person? No problem we can work out the logistics for that as well during office hours for individuals. Business clients we can arrange a face to face in your place of business, if you prefer.
