What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, a free consultation to get to know the client and their needs. Then, we set expectations and goals to get everything completed for them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am an Elite Quickbooks ProAdvisor and have been for years. I am constantly paying for training to keep up with software, new laws, and tax changes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started solely in bookkeeping and have grown into a full business accounting firm. I provide my clients a one-stop-shop for all of their accounting and tax needs, including a personal relationship to support their business growth.

I have worked with clients in all industries and business models and I am well seasoned in online sales using third-party platforms.
