Hello thank you for considering Daleyn Accountancy. We are a virtual accounting firm. Please only contact me if you are ok with working virtually. I am Nordia, a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California. In addition, I'm a US Navy Veteran with a BS in Organizational Management and an MS in Taxation. I have worked at small and large accounting firms in the fields of taxation and accounting for over 18 years. My firm has significant experiences with LLCs, Partnerships, S Corporations, C Corporations, Individual and Sole Proprietorships tax preparation, as well as Financial Planning. In addition, we specialize in accounting and Tax Return Preparation for Service Corporations. We provide excellent service to clients: saving them money by working quickly and efficiently and advise clients of the tax laws that affect them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I talk to the client to see what they want to accomplish and their timeframe for completion. Next, I explain what needs to be done and put a plan in action.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Besides possessing a BA in Business Management and a Masters in Taxation, I have 12 years experience working at small and large tax firms.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I fell in love with accounting after completing a basic accounting class high School. I followed my passion and pursued a BS and MS degree and completing the CA. CPA Exam. Now, I spend days doing what I love: working with people, numbers, spreadsheets, tax codes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

S Corporations, C corporations, Partnerships, LLCs, Estates, Trusts, Non-Profits, Individuals of various net-worth and backgrounds

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

While I enjoy working on personal and business taxes, I find great delight in helping entrepreneurs develop a strong financial structure/foundation for their business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who is willing to listen to you to and address your family, individual, and business needs. Your CPA should be patient and available to answer your questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure you hire a CPA for complex tax situations (bankruptcy, audits, forming businesses and partnerships.
