Introduction

Hello! I have many years of experience with bookkeeping, processing payroll, preparing and filing income taxes, completing new business setups and payroll setups, preparing and filing sales tax, and I am a mobile public notary. I am a Certified Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor and a Chartered Tax Professional, and my business is accredited by the BBB. I'm currently in process of becoming a Certified Public Accountant. My main focus is to work with my clients closely and provide high quality top-notch service. I want my clients to live the American dream by focusing on what they do best with running their business. My clients can trust that I will always take care of all their accounting needs.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing has a range and it depends on the amount of time required. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to pricing. I want to meet my clients where they are at financially.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I enjoy getting to know my potential new clients and I want to understand what exactly they need help with. Through conversation, I will explain how I can provide helpful services to relieve their stress and meet their needs. If possible, I will exceed their expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have many years of experience and nearly 6 years of college. I'm in process of becoming a Certified Public Accountant. I also earned the Chartered Tax Professional certificate from The Income Tax School program. Quickbooks online training is another platform that I am highly experienced with and I maintain my ProAdvisor status.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I was a single mom looking for the right job opportunity, and came across a lovely woman who wanted to teach me everything she knew about accounting so she could work towards retirement. I fell in love with the accounting world and kept pursuing more knowledge and opportunities in this industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All kinds of customers! This is one of my favorite parts of my job. I enjoy meeting all kinds of people who are self-employed, and I get satisfaction in helping them in their accounting journey. I have worked with businesses in a huge variety of industries.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I enjoy my monthly recurring clients where I get to keep their books maintained, and run payroll at the end of each month. When tax time comes around, I get to prepare their tax returns and see all my hard work pay off. Every client has different needs and different time requirements.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Be diligent in asking the person about their experience and price structure. It's good to find someone with good reviews because that shows they have a good reputation. Working with an accountant who is responsive is a must!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I think customers should have a basic idea of what they need help with. That's a good start. The rest will fall into place. :)
