What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is customized to fit my clients business needs and their budget. Although, I do have bookkeeping packages which provide certain services and include the cost of the software subscriptions, I customize my services and prices to fit the needs of my clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After an initial free consultation, I provide my prospective clients with a proposal. If the proposal is accepted an engagement letter is signed and payment for the first month is collected and I begin working immediately.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I hold a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration, from Colorado State University, with a concentration in Accounting. I'm also a CPA candidate and expect to obtain my license by June 2020.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began my bookkeeping business after gaining over 18 years of experience in accounting in Finance. I discovered that accounting was my passion my senior year in high school and my desire to help business owners is what led me to begin my own bookkeeping business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with contractors, real estate agents, trucking professionals, massage therapists, dentists, business owners or small and medium sized businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A project I am fond of is a 2 year clean up project for a contractor which took me 24 hours to complete from start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who is passionate about their work and who offers value adding services.
