What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer a great service at a fair price. You will get so much more than you bargained for. With me it's not about the money, but about building a long term relationship where we can grow together.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to speak with you to learn about your business so we can work together to determine what kind of services you require. I am interested in building a long-term relationship and that means that I will provide you with excellent service at a very fair price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a BS in Accounting. I have worked at accounting firms where I had hands on experience with taxes, business consulting, bookkeeping and financial statement preparation. I also have hands on training from running my own company, and from being a key executive at startup companies. On top of all of this I have taken many courses over the past 25 years to continue my education.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always like working with numbers. When I was younger I think it started with my grandfather who could add a list of numbers in his head faster than I could add them on my calculator. Always impressed by that my fascination of numbers grew and I wanted to be involved with businesses to help businesses grow and save on their taxes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many customers all with their own unique situations and I have been able to make them happy and satisfied clients. Some clients I've worked with are start-up businesses, Amazon businesses, service businesses, consultants, dentists, doctors, retail, wholesale, distributors, other online commerce companies and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently had a client who was behind with filing multiple years of income taxes. They had a lot of pressure knowing the IRS was going to come after them. So, I started working with them to gather the information and worked on many different ideas to come up with ways to save them on their taxes. In the end they were very happy that the problem was behind them, and going forward everything will be filed on time and that we will plan properly during the year to reduce their taxes. I also had another client that came to me because they had outgrown their accounting system, and they were ready to go to the next level. It was satisfying to my client that they could finally use the accounting information to make informed decisions now that it was current and organized properly.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is always best to find someone with experience, as well as someone you can work with and at a fair price. I am very easy to talk to. I like to take my time and explain what is necessary so that we are working together.

I think it's important to get on a call and discuss your company. Then together we can determine what the accounting items are that you need to grow and save yourself tax dollars.
