What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Business development fees are paid upfront becuase half goes to state or your city. Business plans requires half of fee paid upfront to start. 1 or more hours of consultation requires fees paid upfront to book appointment, if you cancel or I cancel fees are returned within 24 hours.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First I give an introduction or overview about my business and I . Listen to their concerns and business needs, then explain the process. I like to provide clients with a brief consultation so they are aware of what they are getting into.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My educational background is in accounting, project management, and operations management. I obtained training in financial management, certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), Technical Accounting, Business Process Improvement, and Scrum . I also taking psychology classes in motivation and leadership.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in 2009, with every project it was always that one client who gives you a shot and believe in my abilities.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I provided customers services in construction, government, real estate, restaurants, e-commerce, IT, government, healthcare, and logistics industry. Actually all of my clients are different sectors. Lol

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My latest projects have all been system setup and reconciling accounts and cleaning up their accounting systems. Our current projects are Reviews and Audits.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check the person's credibility and references. Make sure they are capable of performing all the services you seek and that they are reliable and dependable.

None, there's no such thing as crazy questions.
