I offer tiered pricing will tailor to your needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with the free consultation, so I can find out more about you and your business. I touch on your needs, pain points, and wants, then we discuss what I can offer and how this brings value to you. If you choose my services, I send you an engagement letter and start working.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have many years of freelance bookkeeping work, a bachelors degree in accounting, and an MBA with a focus in finance. I also have many years of tax preperation experience which helps me give my clients further guidance.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started by helping out friends and family as a favor. From getting their business started and registered to teaching them how to keep track of their transactions. I really enjoyed talking with people about their business and goals, and giving them tips & suggestions.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with service based business, landscaping, and medical businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A friend of mine back in California started a small landscaping business, and I helped him get establised, get QuickBooks up and running, and taught his wife how to use QuickBooks. The project took about a month, working a few times a week for about 2 hours per day. I continue to provide him with advisory services on poetential expansion of the business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Begin your search with an open mind, know your pain points, and be sure to have business goals. Openly discussing this with a potential provider saves both of us time, and keeps me from having ask a million questions. Don't focus on price, becuase you will be dissapointed. Good and accurate work comes at a high price. Do not risk compliance issues or innacurate information to save some money. Remeber, your goal as a business owner is to grow exponetially, but do so in a manner that keeps you compliant with the tax authorities, banks, and your customers. YOu must focus on the value and time you will get back by employing the righ accountant. We deal with this mess so you dont have to.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The accountant will always ask you about any pain points you have in your business. If you know this ahead of time, then you can really get an understanding how we can help you.
