We offer a free first consultation to understand your needs and determine the best solution. . Individual tax returns typically start at $500 and monthly bookkeeping from $350 plus consultation fees. For companies Pricing is based on the complexity of work We’re upfront with all costs, and there are no hidden fees. Custom invoices are provided after the consultation to ensure fairness and accuracy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a free initial consultation (by phone or Zoom) to understand your needs and goals. Then, we review your documents and provide a clear quote and timeline. Once we agree and sign the agreement, we’ll handle the work whether it’s tax filing, bookkeeping, or cleanup with regular updates along the way. We focus on accuracy, transparency, and making the process as simple as possible for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team includes individuals with MBAs, BBAs, and formal training in accounting and tax preparation, along with IRS PTIN holders, and 20 years of hands-on experience working with individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits. We stay current with tax law changes and bookkeeping standards through continuing education, and we use industry-standard software like QuickBooks, Drake, TurboTax, and others to deliver accurate, professional results.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got started by helping friends and family with their taxes and bookkeeping, and realized how much we enjoyed bringing clarity to their finances. With a background in accounting and a passion for helping small businesses and individuals stay organized, we decided to turn it into a full-time business. Since then, we’ve supported a variety of clients with personalized, reliable financial services.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with a wide range of customers, including individuals who need help filing their taxes, self-employed professionals, small business owners, and nonprofit organizations. Many of our clients come from different industries like Landscaping, Art, Farming, Salon, Retail and the list goes on. They usually come to us after struggling with tax software or falling behind on bookkeeping. We specialize in helping people get caught up, stay compliant, and feel confident about their finances.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One project we are proud of was helping a business owner who hadn’t filed taxes in three years and had no bookkeeping in place.
