We charge a flat fee for most of our services. We are flexible with our payment terms and offer discounts to our clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We start with a consultation to make sure that we are a good fit for the client. After establishing our engagement we complete a comprehensive review of the clients taxes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m an IRS Enrolled Agent. Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing education courses every three years. Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), have unlimited practice rights. This means they are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a volunteer doing free tax prep for low income families. I loved helping people and realized that I had a good acumen for doing taxes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you find a qualified professional who is an enrolled agent or CPA. There are many tax preparers out there but not all of them are knowledgable enough to save you money on your taxes.
