What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My fees are based on the type of return you have. For example business, rental property and additional states are additional cost. Included is a previous year review, and 30 minute consultation. Also, administrative time for example how will it take you to get the information to me properly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

With a new customer I listen to their needs, and concerns. From the conversation we come together with the best work flow for the both of us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I studied Mathematics for Business and Minor in Spanish. Currently studying to become an Enrolled Agent right now license tax practitioner.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In my civics class when I was 14.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am currently working on a secret project. It is not associated with accounting at all. I do not tell my secrets.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Accountant and Taxes are different task. There are nine different accounting certifications. What matters is the knowledge if you need greater legal work regarding taxes than certifications matter. You can be a tax professional, know nothing about accounting. You can be accountant, and do not understand taxes. People move around there is no guarantee the local person is best for you. Lastly, the cheapest price is not always best, and highest price is not always best.
