What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Talk with the client to get to know the business and exactly what they are looking for to help their business grow. I am invested in your business as much as you are.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have received a Bachelors in Accounting and currently working on being certified as a Quickbooks advisor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Accounting is what I have always wanted to do since high school. Received my Assoicates but life took over wasn't able to finish yet. I would get to finally go back to school and complete my degree and have been doing this for 7 years now.

What types of customers have you worked with?

My clients have been in Home Health, Construction, Remodeling, Wellness, IT, Automotive Repair, Lawyers, and various self employed fields.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Accounting is like a puzzle that you have all the pieces there in front of you and need to slowly put it together to get the final picture. Depending on the company the time varies.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You have to feel a connection with the person you are going to work with. That way you know they are truly there to support you and not just for the paycheck.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How much relief will this provide them to help their business grow. Easing your mind of this task can do wonders for peace of mind. Putting the focus back in your business and the things that will help it expand and move forward.
