What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Fees are per return and not based on your refund.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first explain our services and pricing to the prospect. If they agree, we schedule a quick chat to discuss their tax situation in more detail. If we agree to work together, we then sign the client up in our portal to start the process of completing their project. Usually, depending on what the project is, it could take anywhere from 3 - 21 days to complete. Tax preparation usually runs 3-7 day from start to finish.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified Public Accountant with 20 years of experience. I've completed over 9,000 tax returns and worked with over 2,000 clients on various projects. We are one of the best, with over 300 reviews that span the internet.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with affluent individuals, small businesses, partnerships, and corporations to provide tax planning, consultation, bookkeeping, and payroll services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently saved a business client over $100,000 in taxes. Most businesses are not privy to the tax strategies that they can utilize. It was a pleasure to work through the strategies with the client as well as to educate them on tax laws. It took about 30 hours of focused work to get this result.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Our advice is to ask as many questions as you see fit, you want to make sure you are comfortable with the company and the individual who will be overseeing your finances.

You want to think about life and financial events that happened throughout the year. These events can have major impacts on your taxes. For example, did you get married in the year, did you have a baby, did you switch jobs, or move to another state. Make sure you consult a professional to figure how your taxes could be impacted.
