What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer affordable rates which can be hourly or value based fixed fees depending on the service and bundle. I provide free 1 hour consultation for new clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I do an initial consultation to understand the client profile. After this session, I provide a proposal with fees and once this is accepted, I proceed with onboarding, access and documentation. In terms of delivery, I complete all business and individual tax returns within 3 business days after payment and information is received. I complete accounting services on time and every 4th business day of the month, clients receive financial performance and review of their businesses.

Certified Public Accountant Certified Management Accountant Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor 15 years of experience in accounting, tax, financial planning and analysis

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After licensing, I decided to focus on providing support to small businesses who are a core of the economy to ensure that they can remain successful and relevant in their industries. This included business accounting. financial management, reporting and forecasting, strategic tax planning, etc. As time went on and tax regulations change, business performance has now more significant effect on personal taxes for owners and investors so then over the last 7 years, we have an added focus on personal tax planning, strategies and filing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Business clients include C Corps, S Corps, LLCs and Partnerships which have been in industries like technology, consulting, construction, retail, e-commerce, transportation, nonprofits, etc. Individual clients include single, married, head of household with either just basic tax returns or itemized returns with mortgages, domestic and foreign investments and dividends, may or may not have dependents, etc. Whatever the case is, we always have tailored services for every client.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Just recently completed a financial pricing model for a client which was done in 2 months rather than initial 3 months as expected. Also recently took 4 months to clean up for a new business client who was 9 years behind on corporate accounting and tax filings. Now this client is up to date and ready to file 2021 taxes with no issue.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Trust your provider, they have experience dealing with multiple complex situations and are always willing to make sure you get the best. Also be transparent with your provider so they can provide you with the best alternatives to solve any problems you may be facing.
