Introduction

Hi! I’m a bookkeeper and fractional CFO helping small business owners across the U.S. feel clear, confident, and in control of their money. If you're tired of wondering where your cash is actually going or second-guessing what’s possible for your business, I’ve got you. My services are designed to take the stress out of your finances so your books stay clean, your decisions stay informed, and your goals stay front and center. Whether you're just getting serious about tracking your numbers or you're growing fast and need more strategy behind the scenes, I offer monthly packages that grow with your business. My style is thorough, approachable, and judgment-free (because let's be real we've all had messy months). You bring the vision, I’ll bring the financial clarity to back it up.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My monthly bookkeeping packages start at $500/month and are built to scale with your business whether you’re just getting organized or you’re ready for CFO-level strategy. I offer flat, transparent pricing, so there are no surprise invoices. Clean-up or catch-up projects are scoped separately based on how much work is involved (but I’ll always tell you what to expect before we begin). No upsells. No confusion. Just clarity.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We start with a quick call to talk about what’s going on no pressure, just clarity. From there, I’ll review your current setup (or help you start one from scratch), outline the steps to get everything cleaned up or running smoothly, and match you with the right service tier. Once we’re rolling, you’ll get clear monthly reports, strategic check-ins, and ongoing support that doesn’t leave you in the dark.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I’m a trained bookkeeper and financial strategist with deep experience in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Wave plus I stay current on small business financial best practices. But more importantly, I know how to take the overwhelm out of the equation and make your numbers make sense. My work blends real-world business experience with serious financial savvy. I a also have a degree in accounting.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Like a lot of us, I started out doing everything in my own business and quickly realized how chaotic things get when your books are an afterthought. I fell in love with the power of clean numbers and confident decisions, and I started helping other entrepreneurs stop guessing and start growing. Now, I get to do this full-time and help folks reclaim their time, clarity, and profit margins.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I specialize in working with creative service providers, solopreneurs, and small business owners across a wide range of industries from pool cleaners and photographers to consultants and e-commerce shops. Whether you're earning $40K or $4M , I’ll meet you where you are and build a financial system that supports where you’re going.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of my favorite recent projects was with a solo service provider she ran a growing online business but had completely avoided her books for nearly two full years. No accounting software. No real system. Just a pile of bank statements, a lot of guesswork, and a rising wave of shame every time tax season came around. She came to me overwhelmed, convinced that it would take months to sort out and that she’d somehow messed everything up beyond repair. We started with a quick, judgment-free call where I listened to what she had going on (because the emotional part matters, too). Then I dove in and cleaned up two years’ worth of transactions, categorized everything, reconciled her accounts, and set up her QuickBooks from scratch. The entire cleanup took just under three weeks, start to finish. It wasn’t just that she was tax-ready. It was that, for the first time in years, she understood her numbers. We walked through what was actually coming in and going out, where she was undercharging, and how to build a buffer for the slow months. Her words at the end of the project were: “I feel like I can finally breathe.” She’s now on one of my monthly support packages and gets regular check-ins, clear reports, and ongoing strategy help. And she hasn’t missed a beat since. Projects like that are why I do what I do. Because clean books aren’t just about compliance they’re about confidence.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Don’t just look for someone who knows the software look for someone who knows you. You want a bookkeeper who understands your business model, communicates clearly, and helps you see the big picture not just the past transactions. This isn’t just about data entry it’s about strategy, clarity, and peace of mind.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
A few good ones: Am I looking for one-time help, or ongoing support? Do I want someone who just handles the books or someone who can explain what the numbers mean? What software (if any) am I using and do I need help setting that up? How do I want to feel about my finances in six months? If you’re not sure how to answer those yet, don’t worry. That’s what I’m here for.
