What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices are tailored to fit each client's individual needs according to their budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once I have the details of a full assignment, The client will receive a proposal via email which includes full work scope and the overall total estimate or invoice for services. This proposal also serves as our contract for service. A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The final work product is presented once the final payment or balance is paid in full. Clients are able to track the details of their project and work completion via customer management app.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have Bachelor's in Business Management with a concentration in General Business; Master's Healthcare Administration; I attended the Income Tax School in Spring of 2014 received an apprenticeship in an Florida office with an Accounting firm. I've received QuickBooks training and I attend continuing education & refresher course updates annually. I am a Certified Life Coach. I enjoy assisting people in any way that I can!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I come from a lineage of CPA's, Accountants, and Medical Professional and decided that accounting & financial management was the best route for me after graduating from college in 2009 and a graduate program in 2011.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a variety of individuals and businesses nationally about personal and business matters regarding state, local, and federal taxation laws. As well as clients who need life coaching services when they feel stuck or lost in a world filled with daily energy demands.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I pride myself on being flexible & diligent with my work. Recently I had the privilege of working with clients in Florida who needed my assistance. I received the details and completed the task within 72 hours of the assignment from an on-going issue they were unable to get resolved for 1 month with their previous accountant. The previous accountant lived within an hour of them. I was able to resolve their issue being a few states away in a shorter amount of time. They were very pleased with my prompt response, timing, and level of professionalism throughout the project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ensure you are consulting with a trained and licensed professional. Be sure to disclose and discuss important details and facts pertinent to your case to make it easier to resolve your issues.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should think about their budget and the results they are trying to achieve. There is no cheap fix when it comes to REAL RESULTS!
