What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Even though though I always have opportunities to prepare accounting services for high net worth individual,there fee remain the same with middle income individual.My fee is affordable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial consultation, to know what exactly customer want hire me for,after submission of documents via our secure portal, sign engagement letter and disclosure agreement.Pay %50 project then we start the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have MSc in Accounting, BSc in Accounting and CPA in progress

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing taxes with great passion to help my family save in tax. Then I went to college completed my BSc in accounting. Later I further my studies in accounting by doing my master's in accounting. I have been working as Tax Accountant for big corporation like TurboTax Live for over 6year before I decided to form my own firm to keep doing what I love to do.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with different kinds of cleints from middle-class to high-net-worth individuals.I Offer bookkeeping and Tax services to Sole proprietory business, LLC, C- Corp ,S- Corp and File form 990 for non profit organizations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have completed and file to IRS many Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) for many small businesses $4million refund for small business.
