Introduction

Hi there! My name is Luba and it is great to see you here! I'll make you feel comfortable, confident and attractive while being photographed and it will show in the pictures. Connection is what I strive for in every image. Creating something authentic and captivating. Capturing life, light and love. I've been photographing people for over 10 years and it still makes me tick. I'd be honored to create something special together for you and with you. If you want/need help with posing - I'm here for you, the goal is to flow together while achieving your vision. I like to create images that will make your heart sing, feed your soul, and make you fall in love with yourself over and over again. I want to get to know you and find what is unique about you so we can create something meaningful together, something for your grandchildren to admire one day. Please feel free to visit my social media pages to learn more about me and my work. Let’s connect, have fun and create timeless beauty along the way!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I edit and deliver all the "good" images from our session through shareable link. A lot of preparation, passion, equipment, education, communication and time goes into every hour of the photography time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We can have a phone call/in person meeting so I can answer all your questions and possible concerns before booking. Once you are ready to book with me: I email you a short questionnaire which helps me to understand you, your goals and expectations from the session. You/we/I create a mood board of your vision of the session. We schedule the session and agree on time and location. We have a goodc time during the photo session. I share color corrected images with you. I give extra polishing to the selected images in Photoshop (for certain projects such as Boudoir). You get a shareable link with a folder of high resolution artistically edited images of your choice. If you’d like to print an album or order prints of any size, we discuss your preferences and I deliver a glorious album or fabulous prints to you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I'm always learning! Creative Live Grossmont College (got a couple rewards from there) Master Photographer's classes online and in person. If you want to know the specific names - feel free to ask:)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Once I bought my first camera, I got obsessed and never stopped.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Probably all kinds. Generally speaking my work attracts ones who value warmth, connection and creativity. I have fun working with "real" people and enjoy photographing those who find themselves "not photogenic" or who hate having their picture taken.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Lately, I wanted to create something monochromatic and minimalistic and, I believe, succeeded. The photographs are all about emotions and there is nothing distracting. I hope to publish it on Instagram as a reel by the end of the week.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
1. Find someone who makes you feel comfortable. 2. Study the artist's work and make sure you like the style. 3. Have a vision or work together with the photographer to create it.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
It really depends on the project, but generally speaking: 1. What you want to show the world with the images? 2. How do you want to feel when looking at your photographs? 3. A possible location. 4. Outfit/styling which send the message that you want to communicate.
