What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We strive to keep prices as affordable as possible! I am willing to work within any budget and would love the opportunity to discuss options with potential clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For weddings, I like the opportunity to meet the clients before the big day. I also high encourage an engagement shoot and ask for feedback from clients. For example, one bride loved her engagement photos, but told me that she was self-conscious about her arms. I kept this in mind during the wedding and made sure to choose shots that did not showcase her arms.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have learned all of my craft through online classes and through experience!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been interested in pursuing photography/videography work since I was a young girl. It has always been a dream of mine to learn.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds! I am very open to any and all people, opinions, ideas and expectations. We love working with people of all different races, genders, sexual orientations, religions, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I shot headshots for a actor friend in the fall. We had previously worked together on a short film project, so I was thrilled when he reached out for headshots. The shoot was about 45 minutes and I sent him about 60 shots to choose from. He choose his four favorite shots and I did a professional edit and delivered the project within a week.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check on delivery times. Some companies take on a lot of different projects, so editing times may be longer than expected. I strive to deliver projects as fast as possible.
