Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I offer great pricing because I believe clients deserve quality work without compromising their budget. All photo editing is included in my packages so don't worry about picking and choosing! People’s precious memories and visions are at the heart of my work which makes this investment forever worth it. My community means a lot to me to so I offer discounts for lifesaving workers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I start by emailing or scheduling a call with my clients to dream up their vision. I will get back with a list of locations they can choose from unless they already have one in mind. I offer a lot of resources to ease all my clients. It's time to have fun and be yourself.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I love loading up with photography resources and classes, showcasing work in galleries, attending seminars, and participating in National Geographic. Learning is part of my identity and I enjoy working with other professionals to bounce ideas off of.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have been interested in aesthetic frames since I was a little kid. My parents would let me borrow their digital camera and I walked around the backyard taking pictures. I was even named “Photographer of the Year” at my high school and won local photography contests. I have been pursuing this passion for as long as I remember.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
The joy of my job is to work with anyone and everyone. I love meeting new people and positioning my sessions to meet their needs. I truly see the beauty in the people and the world around me. From new little toes to beautifully wrinkled hands, every stage is worth capturing.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
My family and I lived in Japan for four years as a child so my heart for travel is so big. I have been building my portfolio for destination weddings so that I can capture beautiful cultures in beautiful places. I feel so lucky to work with clients' love stories. This has been a work in progress for years; and I continue to strive for excellence.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would say to look for someone that is going to make the whole experience from start to finish enjoyable. You should feel heard and seen. I also recommend that you find a photographer who balances easy going with gentle directness. It takes a soft and organized person to thrive in the photography industry.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Make sure you know whether your photographer requires more payment for digital photos. All of my edited photos are included in the session price! Those are for you to enjoy forever and ever.
