What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'm passionate about what I do, and it's more about the joy it brings, than about the money. I pride myself on my choice to work with people on pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Answer any questions they have, and ask them questions as well to try and figure out how I would best be able to serve them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have taken multiple photography courses in my life, learning everything from developing my own film and photos, to all things digital. Not to mention, I have been addicted to taking pictures for as long as I can remember, and they say practice makes perfect:)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have just always had a passion for photography. It is my main form of art expression.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers! Big families, small families, singles, couples, corporate companies, wedding venues, art galleries, athletes, etc.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice I can give here is to listen to your gut. Make sure you are completely comfortable with the vendors you choose. It can be hard to find someone you completely vibe with, but it can make a huge difference in how everything goes from beginning to end.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are their expectations realistic, and are they willing to let go of certain things for better quality in other areas.
