I offer a sliding scale for highly personal work! I will charge extra for major travel.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I love to meet before hand or at least have a phone call so we can build rapport. I do plenty of homework before an assignment regarding location and equipment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

BFA in photography from The Pacific Northwest College of Art.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started compulsively taking pictures of my friends and my travels as a teenager and I studied photography at the Pacific Northwest College of Art. I stared doing freelance photo work full time after becoming a parent. Doing this kind of work gives me the flexibility to spend plenty of time with my wonderful kids.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have been very fortunate to work with a diverse assortment of people. I've shot personal portraits, I've shot child portraits, animals, fashion, and more.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Everyone can take high quality photos now so it's extra special to put your faith in someone who has committed to the art full time! Be sure to hire someone you trust who has a good, open attitude. Trust and comfort provide the best results!
