What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

As everyones needs are different, each one of our sessions ultimately becomes a custom session. There's a general booking fee. But you get to decide what combination of things you want at the end-- Whether thats prints, digitals or albums we have you covered with a variety of quality products for you to enjoy

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Client relationships are absolutely paramount in being able to produce a great experience. We hold zoom consultations to explain the onboarding and booking process. We talk you through our ethos but most of all it's a safe place to get to know your photographers and ask questions

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Been involved in photo, video and production for about 20 years. From film sets to weddings, commercial shoots to baby showers. But we've found our niche in the boudoir genre and have been crafting quality experiences for the last 7 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Boudoir photography snowballed into a career after my first session 7 years ago. Since then we've been creating a culture that's inviting for all walks of life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Because we're lifestyle affirming and inclusive we've worked with just about everyone across the board. No matter where you are in your journey there's a place for you at NKDHMNS.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Because of my wide involvement in set design making and building out our spaces is always fun, whether we're flipping furniture or crafting lighting scenarios-- it's always fun to find new ways of storytelling and making captivating images that you'll remember for years to come.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Whether you hire me or someone else. Make sure you actually get to know your photographer. Make sure the energy is right and that they understand what your needs are and that they are also asking you the right questions to be able to provide the best service possible

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The biggest question that should be asked to ones self is, "Does this persons body of work, speak to me in a way that makes me want to be represented in this manner" Everything else is chemistry.
