What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Most of our pricing is listed on our website - uavvisionmedia.com. We're very flexible and understand every project is unique in its own way. Please reach out to us with any questions and we can set up a modified plan for you. (Commercial and Airbnb rates are different than our Real Estate rates)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will go over in detail exactly what the client is looking for. We want to make sure you know exactly what to expect while working with us. We will go over pricing, content delivery, turnaround time, special requests, location, and more.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a Pilot Institute Graduate and have my Part 107 UAV Pilot License. Our aircraft is registered with the State of MN. We have our commercial operations license and liability insurance. I'm a graduate of John Greengo's Sony A7iii classes for photography.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

For years I always found myself taking pictures of different landscapes, aerial photographs, and more. In my late 20's it really hit me that this is truly my passion! The art of photography really amazes me; from the camera settings, pov, editing, ect. I love going out every day and meeting new people and hearing their stories.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a variety of customers including but not limited to real estate agents, commercial companies, residential, and many everyday people just like yourself. Any projects that need photographs, I would love to be your go to photographer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently had a job booked for aerial pictures, video, and interior photographs. The weather went downhill quick that day and I had to fly in quite windy and snowy conditions. I was very thankful I was able to get the job done and the pictures to the client that next day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

How long is turnaround? How do cancellations and rescheduling work? How many images would you like? Where would you like the photoshoot? Any special or custom requests? Lockbox code?
