What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am very affordable. We charge exactly what we say we charge unless an additional fee is needed which will be communicated.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always want to be clear on what the client wants and that we are sure to capture everything. Communication is key to a successful partnership.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am primarily self taught but I have been doing online trainings & seminars to perfect my skills. You can never know everything! I pride myself on perfecting my skills daily!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I worked at WALMART in electronics, I bought a random camera and did a “shoot” with a friend. I then uploaded the photos to Facebook and people started to ask “how much did I charge”. It took off from there & groomed myself into a professional media specialist!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a variety of clients from weddings, corporate events to school portraits & celebrity shoots! Clients have booked me from coast to coast to do Media!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently worked with 2 celebrity TV cast members from the VH1 show “Love & Hip Hop@. I flew to Los Angeles and Atlanta to shoot advertisements!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for professionalism and quality of work! That is key on picking the right pro to the do the job!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask for a way to view portfolio is important. You want to see what kind of work the professional can do and if he/she can accommodate.
