Chef's Hike provides personally customized menus for our clients and our pricing reflects the menus that have been personalized for those clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At Chef's Hike you can expect a smooth prompt process. First we'll get to know a little about you and your event and then we'll prepare a custom fitted menu that is unique to your needs. You'll then approve the menu and leave the rest up to us.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team of professionals at Chef's Hike have over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Our Chef's are ServSafe certified in food safety, and our leaders hold degrees extensive culinary training from Johnson and Wales University. Degrees include A.A.S in culinary art, B.S. in Food Service Management, and M.B.A. with a concentration in Hospitality.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our team of professionals have worked their way from the dish room to the boardroom. They are experiences in many areas of the restaurant business from fast food to fine dining by way of some of the worlds finest and largest establishments from the Inn at Little Washington to Compass Group, USA.

What types of customers have you worked with?

At Chef's Hike we work with all types of customers. We work with large for profit organizations, non-profit organizations, private citizens, and more. We host culinary demonstrations, team building exercises, private chef services, and corporate training.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our most recent jobs was a lunch donation to the Boys and Girls Club to support their Great Futures Luncheon event. It's was an amazing experience to lunch support for the 1 hour long event.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
