What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Working with us begins with a chat about what you're looking for. From then, we will provide an estimate and our suggestions and recommendations. Project officially begins at the signing of the contract along with a 50% security deposit. (The deposit is returnable depending on how much of the project is completed)
