What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices include suggestions on attire, expertise and post editing. Taxes not included.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process begins with a call to discuss the session in detail so that I can provide my best service for each client. After the date is set, I contact the client a few days prior to the session for confirmation. If any questions need to be answered this is great time to do so. A week after the session the client will receive a link to their online viewing gallery where they will choose the photos to be edited. 2-3 weeks is when the client can expect their images to be ready for download via a link.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I took two photography classes in college and then taught myself everything else I know.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father and great grandfather had been photographers. I saw the drive my father had for it then and now. It was very natural for me to pick up a camera and learn everything there is to learn. WELL there is plenty more to learn. :)

What types of customers have you worked with?

The type of clients I have worked with are families, newborns, maternity, high school/college seniors and headshot.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is important that you get along well with your photographer and that they make you feel comfortable in front of the camera.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It takes time and effort to post edit photos, I tend to be quite a perfectionist at it.
