Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

100% of the time I include the range of what I think will include all so that you don't get any surprises after our agreement. Just in case when a customer adds something they didn't tell me they wanted will the price ever be different.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with a conversation of costumer expectations of the session and what they want their media to be placed in, we provide a pricing guide to facilitate to our costumers to select a fit package according to their needs. Getting to know our customer and their needs is one of the most important things in our minds.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am self taught and have taught about photography in terms of composition, exposure, settings, camera equipment, the various amounts of post editing software, etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It is my passion to freeze the great emotions from others, and to let my costumers see their emotions thru my lens.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All photography needs, including: couples, anniversary, milestone birthdays, parties, sunrise & sunset sessions, head-shots, family, proposals, mini-weddings, weddings gender reveals, baby shower.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My favourite projects are my self inspired ones working with a variety of subjects along the day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Their experience with post should match their photography experience! Often one can find a cheaper professional but the picture quality might be subpar.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A brief summary of what they expect in terms of whether they want just a documentation or more deep editorial post work done for their photography and video needs is a big one!
