What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Professional photography of a typical residential or rental property is priced by the number of delivered photos and all packages include aerial photography, where possible per FAA rules. Photography of commercial spaces is quoted by estimated hours to complete the shoot and additional hours of fine post-processing, if necessary.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Detailed phone conversation about the project and client's expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20+ year experience in full-time professional photography.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started with professional portrait and wedding photography in Atlanta in early 2000's. Over the years, I ventured also into commercial, architectural, and real estate photography.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Currently, most assignments come from Hawaii real estate agents, property managers, and restaurants.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To showcase exclusive properties in Hawaii, nice clear weather is important. Allow extra time for reschedules in case of not so good weather.
