What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting to know what a client likes, dislikes and what their thinking the outcome should be.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a vocational certification in Graphic Communication. Bachelors in Creative Advertisement.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Always intrigued at the next advertisement-marketing campaign and how it was put together wondering what my take on it would be. Wanting to own the entire process. Working with color, typography, illustrating and moving onto photography-videography. All-around creative individual.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with start-up teams in office environments. Clients starting small home businesses. Individuals starting a personal project for the holidays or event.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently I partnered with a local dog day care for a Christmas themed photoshoot. There was a night for prepping the scene. Took all the photos the day off, hours of shooting. Finally sorting through all the photos and doing some light photoshop work took roughly a week. Shot on a Sunday photos were printed out Thursday and given to clients Friday.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Clear expectations.

Time-frame.
