Introduction

Great photography can draw a buyer in. Bad photography can turn them away. Professional photography has the ability to show a property at it's very best. My goal is to ensure these spaces look as beautiful as they do in real life and this is why the first impression has to be excellent. My career experience covers more than fifteen years of work for real estate agencies, home builders, ad agencies, large corporations, small businesses and private individuals. My architectural and portrait photography retouching has been published on magazine covers such as Carolina Bride, Homes & Land, Luxury Home and on the Lowe's Home Improvement website. I am expertly skilled in Adobe Photoshop CC, Lightroom CC as well as other photography and design oriented software. I also keep up to date with the latest promotional photography/design services and industry trends. Meeting new clients and photographing homes to showcase them in the best possible light. I actually love editing the images I take in Lightroom and Photoshop and feel that proper editing is just as important, if not more so than taking the images.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Real Estate Photography Session - $200 - Up to 36 High Resolution images - Each image is meticulously edited - Includes electronic delivery of all images in MLS Optimized format, usually within 24 hours of session. TWILIGHT – $200 - One to Two High Resolution image - Twilight image is meticulously edited for color and tonal effects - Includes electronic delivery of image in print & MLS Optimized formats, usually within 24 hours of session.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It's always exciting working with a new client. I make sure they are prepared for the shoot. Making the home look it's best is the most important part of real estate photography. I always help in any way I can to ensure everything is ready before I start shooting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked professionally in photography for over 20 years. I started out learning Photoshop in college at the Savannah College of Art and Design. I've since paired my knowledge of Photoshop with digital photography. Most photographers do not edit as fully with individual images as I do.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out as a professional Photoshop retoucher for several Studio and Real Estate Photographers. I actually still work with a few photographers doing their editing for them.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with professional brokers, property owners as well as other professional photographers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I worked with a for sale by owner family that needed to move rather quickly and they said my images helped their home stand out and sell. I usually complete all projects within 24 hours of shooting.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

PLEASE view samples of work, their professional website (not just thumbtack profiles) and their pricing structure. Some photographers have confusing details in their policies. Mine is pretty straight forward. You will always get the best in fully edited images from me.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long will the project take from start to finish. Which should include the delivery of the edited files.
