What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have a fixed pricing structure based on home size (the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home). This is a better determinant than square footage calculations in many instances. I also provide a free 2D floor plan with every interior shoot!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I get a lead I try to first find available times that work for us both. Then, I send over details about the project: a price quote, session duration, how and when final images are delivered, etc. Once the slot is reserved with a deposit, I send over a form that helps me to determine the customer’s stylistic preferences for the images. It lets client have more control over how they like their photos to look. Then, following the session, I send the finalized images in about 2-5 days depending on the number of photos taken.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m FAA Certified Drone Pilot (Part 107 Licensed).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do not hire any real estate photography professionals that show up without a tripod. This is an essential aspect of our work. Every photographer has a different style. It’s in your best interest to find someone and look over their prior work, you need to determine if you like their photo editing style. If you don’t like their images from other work, you likely won’t enjoy the style they provide in your images.
