Introduction

I take a lot of pride with the way I use light to make a property look it's best. I also provide aerial still photography and videography for real estate properties.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I typically price real estate still photography by the square foot and my pricing is very competitive and affordable. Aerial prices are on a job by job basis. If the home requires an aerial shot then we can work it out. Real estate videos usually run between 300.00-500.00 depending on the home. Most homes that need videos are higher end or luxury homes but I can shoot a video for any home. I have earned many repeat clients and many of those clients stay with me for years.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I prefer working via email or text messages as I'm not always available for a phone call. I try to reply within the hour. Once I know the address of the property I can look it up on Google Maps and get an idea of what's needed, best time of day, etc along with information provided by the client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
For aerial work I am FAA Part 107 certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I used to shoot the cover photos for a real estate magazine here in New Mexico. I really enjoy photographing homes and so providing full real estate photography services was a natural fit for me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Almost all of my customers are great and rarely have any issues. If there are then I take care of them with the best customer services I can provide.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
If you are looking to hire a real estate photographer, you should look for someone that has experience with light, color, angles and who also understands that your property deserves to look better than a snapshot. A home that isn't shown well in photos and does not look it's very best online will not have many visitors wanting to see the home in person. Don't settle for good enough.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Does the photographer understand light and and tonal range and color? Many homes can be complex to light and photograph correctly. Do they understand the flow of spaces? Are they insured?
