What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are largely predicated on our clients needs and their goals. Our website development traditionally starts at $1500/month. We also offer discounted hourly rates for any clients that host their website with us.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start by learning your goals. Then we create a plan to help meet those goals. Our development process includes live online consultations and design sessions, professional services, and a friendly, non-intimidating environment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 2 decades of real world experience with numerous awards. We also are members of SEMPO, have been certified by ADOBE (ACE), USM certifications in Internet marketing, and we have relationships with Google, Constant Contact, and other well known brands.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our founder and Creative Director began his career working for CINAR Corporation as a freehand illustrator, project manager, designer, and a new technology implementation specialist. From there, he worked as a marketing VP and ultimately saw that many businesses need the same experience large businesses harness. Integris Design was launched to offer a cost-effective alternative to unqualified or inadequate services small business typically are restricted to use.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with businesses that are serious about success. Most of our clients experienced a negative situation and want a personal yet extremely experienced resource to help them grow.

NewLifeOfAsheville.com - We are a Christian-Based Business. This website has a lot of new features, and great User Interface and it on the top of Google. We also love the team at New Life.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Start with setting goals and a strategic plan. Make sure to look for certifications and affiliations. We offer Adobe Certified Expertise and SEMPO Certified experience. We are also Google Apps Authorized Resellers and strategic partners with Constant Contact.
