Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
At our company, we believe in providing high-quality service at a fair price. While we're not the most expensive option out there, we also don't cut corners to be the cheapest. Our pricing reflects the value of our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We believe that every successful project starts with a strong relationship and a clear understanding of your vision. Here’s our typical process for working with a new customer: We start with an initial consultation where we get to know you. We want to learn about who you are, your preferences, and what you’re looking to achieve with your project. This can be done in person, over the phone, or via video chat—whatever works best for you. Together, we’ll find the perfect location, choose the right outfits, and develop a style that suits you. Once everything is planned out, we get to work on bringing your project to life. We'll meet at the agreed location or locations and get started on the masterpiece! After that I will deliver all the photos digitally with a Week.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
My journey into photography began in 2023 when I discovered a passion for capturing family moments. Recognizing my knack for photography, I started volunteering my skills for my church, where I’ve been actively shooting for the past 8 months. This hands-on experience has allowed me to refine my techniques and develop a keen eye for detail. Over the past two years, I’ve dedicated myself to learning and growing in this field. While my education has been primarily self-taught and experience-based, it has given me a deep understanding of the art and technical aspects of photography. My work with families and church events has provided me with a diverse range of scenarios to hone my skills, from portrait shots to capturing candid moments. I am continuously learning and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in photography to ensure I deliver the best results for my clients. My passion for this craft drives me to create beautiful, lasting memories for every project I undertake.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I bought a camera to capture photos of my family and events and soon realized I had a natural talent for photography.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Most of my photoshoots involve capturing candid moments at church events. I also work with individuals who are not professional models but are either planning to get into modeling or simply want to see their beauty through the lens. My goal is to make everyone feel comfortable and look their best in front of the camera.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One recent project I’m particularly fond of was a relaxed swimsuit photoshoot at a beautiful lake. The setting was perfect for capturing natural, candid moments. The shoot itself took about two hours, allowing us to make the most of the natural light and scenery. One of the photos from this shoot was even selected to be featured in a local magazine, which was a proud moment for me and my client.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Choose a photographer who makes you feel comfortable. Being in front of the camera can be nerve-wracking for many, so it's essential to have someone behind the lens who can put you at ease and make the session enjoyable. A good rapport with your photographer will help the session flow smoothly and result in natural, beautiful photos. Trust your instincts and go with someone whose style and personality resonate with you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What is my budget? What is the overall vision for the project? What is my timeline? What location will work best? What type of experience do I want? Are there specific shots or moments I want captured? How involved do I want to be in the process? What are my preferences for editing and final deliverables?
