What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are professionals! We offer extraordinary service for a reasonable price. We also offer discounts to police, firefighters, EMS, military, and teachers. There are usually a few variables in pricing a shoot, so please be patient if we don't have enough information to give you a quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer a complimentary consultation for most shoots to make sure we are a good fit. It's a great idea to review our samples and style before we meet.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Sandy holds a degree in Television Production. He is also a C.P.P. (Certified Professional Photographer). Janet has a bachelors in Communications.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have both been passionate about photography since we were kids. We came back to our love of photo and video after our own wedding. (We actually booked a videographer a week before. It wasn't a "thing" at the time, but now it's being much more appreciated as a great way to relive the day.)

What types of customers have you worked with?

Individuals, small businesses, corporations, newborns, families, pets... all types of customers!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Actually we planned for a executed a corporate photo of 60 people outdoors at a hotel! Did the entire shoot in about 10 minutes! We processed the image, printed, and framed the pictures and delivered back to the conference clients the NEXT day! This is not a usual thing we do, but it was exciting to meet your needs and have them be very happy with the results.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

ASK lots of questions! Look at the providers' sample work! Read REVIEWS across lots of platforms. (We are on the KNOT with lots of reviews!) Then especially for weddings, meet in person to make sure you LIKE them and want to work together.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

PRE-PRODUCTION planning saves a LOT of time and money for photography and video! So think about whether you will need one or photographers/videographers. We are happy to help so you can be asking the right questions.
