The price listed is the starting rate. Rates vary on property size. If it's 20 miles beyond Arlington, VA 22202, a small travel fee is required.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

An initial call is required to review the project details, lock in a date and time, and review pricing. A nonrefundable retainer is required that day to secure the session's date and time. Real estate clients will be provided a prep checklist to ensure their space is ready to be photographed. *Note of consideration to new clients - LNance Photography and other small businesses here pay a fee to be matched with new clients.
