NO HP INKJET PRINTERS AND WE DO NOT PROVIDE IT SUPPORT/HOOKUPS. We offer depot repair services in our Burr Ridge office for personal & business equipment, or onsite service to commercial locations. Since 1912, Wagner Office Machines has been offering quality service & sales of office equipment, including copiers, printers, typewriters, multifuntion machines and more. We offer both onsite and depot repair services for some brand inkjet (NOT HP) printers and all laser printers. We are a warranty service center for Brother, Lexmark, Oki and service all major brands including HP, Samsung, Zebra, and more. We are open for drop-offs M-Th 10-4 at 251 S Frontage Rd, Unit 28, Burr Ridge, IL.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

NO HP INKJET MACHINES For machines brought in for shop service, there is a $60 CASH deposit required which will apply to the repairs, or is the diagnostic fee if not repaired. We perform onsite service for machines in business locations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After the machine is evaluated, we provide an estimate for approval, and the deposit will apply to the repairs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a warranty service center for Brother, Okidata and Lexmark products. Our trained technicians also service other major brands, including Epson, Canon, HP (laser printers), Zebra, Sharp, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Xerox and more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are a third generation, family owned business and have been doing this since 1912.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We service all types of businesses and consumers in the Chicagoland area. We are open for drop-off service M-Th 10-4 and available for onsite service to business locations during business hours or as scheduled. We service copiers, MFPs, printers, scanners, plotters, fax machines, and typewriters. We also sell equipment and supplies.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Provide as much information as possible such as - Manufacturer & model of machine Error code, description of problem, etc

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If repairs are too costly, we also sell new & used equipment and the service deposit will apply to a purchase. Inkjet machines often have clogged printheads - we do not service HP inkjet machines. We DO service Brother, Epson, Canon inkjet printers.
